Instant Courier Services is a local delivery and logistics company providing same-day and scheduled courier services for businesses and individuals across their region. Fast, reliable, and personal — a real alternative to the national shipping carriers.
The Challenge
When ICS came to us, they had a strong operational reputation but a brand that didn’t reflect the quality of their service. Their existing mark was dated, their website was difficult to use on mobile, and there was no consistent visual identity across vehicles, uniforms, or documents. For a business built entirely on trust and professionalism, the brand gap was holding them back.
What We Built
We started from scratch with a full brand identity — a new logo mark built around motion and reliability, a tight color palette that reads clearly on everything from vans to invoices, and a typography system that feels both approachable and professional.
The website we designed and developed does one job well: convert a visitor into a customer as quickly as possible. The homepage leads with a quote request form, backed by clear service descriptions and an emphasis on local ownership and accountability.
