Accurate Land Services is a professional land surveying firm providing boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction staking, and related services to residential, commercial, and municipal clients. In a field where precision is everything, their reputation is built on accuracy and accountability.
The Brief
Land surveying is a trust-based industry. Clients are making significant property and construction decisions based on the work — the stakes are high and the margin for error is essentially zero. The firm needed a brand identity that reflected the quality and precision of their actual work: credible, grounded, and professional without being generic.
The previous mark wasn’t doing that job. It was easy to overlook in an RFP package or on a job site sign. For a firm competing for commercial and municipal contracts alongside more established players, that gap in perception mattered.
What We Developed
We designed a logo and identity system that communicates precision and dependability without feeling cold or corporate. The mark references the instrumentation and geometry of the trade in a clean, modern way — immediately readable at any size, from a hard hat sticker to a proposal cover page.
